We are less than a week away from the most important thing I do… Lures 4 Laney. A benefit concert at the Aggie in Fort Collins in memory of Delaney Wadsworth with all the proceeds from the show going to Childrens Hospital Colorado for cancer research. But you can’t have a show without bands, and I feel like I have gathered some of the best from around Colorado. Today we take a look at the co-headliners, the Pipin' Hot Ghost Peppers

During the Taste of Fort Collins each year there are local bands on stage during the day while people walk around and get food, but for the most part not many people actually gather around the stage until the headliners come on. That was the way it was as the Pipin' Hot Ghost Peppers took the stage this year, but it didn't last long. After only a few songs, the crowd grew and grew. People loved these guys, and I was on the bandwagon as well. I knew I had to have them for this show, and honestly they maybe the most excited as any of the bands that they are playing the show.

They will be onstage from 8-9:30pm Saturday night.

The raw talent and pure energy displayed by lead vocalist A. Fetus is an experience all alone. Backed by the deep pocket and infectious grooves brought by ‘Froosh’ on guitar, ‘Chaddy’ behind the drums and ‘Bug’ as the legendary Flea on bass guitar, this is as close to the real deal as it gets.

Frequent enthusiasts of the vibrant music scene in Colorado, Bug, Chaddy, Froosh and A. Fetus are all well aware of the way audiences react when they hear familiar riffs and lyrically nostalgic prose. It was only natural for these four to seek each other out and put in the hard work and effort required to pull this one off with style and legitimacy. Audiences are sure to be captivated and entertained when they see these guys spice up the stage with a familiar beat.
