The price per pound of marijuana has risen over the last few months after the Colorado Department of Revenue announced that the Average Market Rates or AMR have gone up.

The price for bud went from $781 to $806 and from $396 to $425 for trim. The AMR is calculated based on retail marijuana sales recorded from November 1st, 2018 through January 31st, 2019. There is a tracking system that follows typical prices in each of the regulated categories.

If you're looking for more information you can link up with the AMR at their website. They also provide details on the methodology of how they come up with their calculations and figures.
