Bandwagon’s Battle of the Bands Recap/What’s Up Next

Last Thursday, four Northern Colorado bands took the stage at the Moxi in downtown Greeley, but only one is moving on to the final round on February 13.

Mollie, Madi and I stayed up long past our bedtime to see who would take the winning title for the night. It turns out, mashup medleys and Lion King covers blended into original work will win the crowd over, and that is exactly what the Gii Astorga Band did.

We agreed, those guys had a great, energetic set. They'll be returning to the competition in February, and taking on the other three finalists who have yet to be named.

Also, I drew him, and aside from his arm I think I did a great job.
