Cereal for breakfast is a lot like having a sandwich for lunch in my opinion. It sounds really boring and mundane, but once you start eating it you realize why it is so popular to do... Because it is good! The best part about cereal now days is the selection. You can eat cereal seemingly forever and not ever have to eat the same kind. I get on these kicks where I find a kind I like and eat it for months straight before getting so tired of it that I never want to eat it again. What is your favorite kind?

According to a Nielsen Survey here are the ten most bout cereals in the United States...

  1. Cheerios (General Mills)
  2. Special K (Kellogg's)
  3. Honey Bunches of Oats (Post)
  4. Kellogg's Frosted Flakes
  5. Frosted Mini Wheats (Kellogg's)
