Drools had been waiting two years to be adopted from Counour Animal Shelter in Monte Vista. Word spread, and now he's home with his new family.

You have to love a happy ending. How much longer would Drools have to wait to be adopted, right?

Luckily, according to CBS4 Denver, a man in Boulder saw Drools, knew about his 'need' to be the only pet in the home, and said, 'Yep.'  On day 729 of Drools' stay, he was formally adopted.
