NFL Analyst: Denver Broncos “Very Dangerous” After Draft Picks
NFL Network's Steve Smith Sr. says the Broncos are the team that has improved the most in the draft through three rounds, according to the Denver Broncos.
John Elway and the Denver Broncos started the 2020 NFL Draft strong, at least that's what Steve Smith Sr. thinks.
Denver picked two wide receivers in the first two rounds, Alabama's Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler of Penn State.
As far as Mile High Huddle is concerned, the Broncos gained four stand out players in their first five picks including: Iowa's Michael Ojemudia at cornerback and LSU's Lloyd Cushenberry at center.
Former wideout Steve Smith, Sr. called out Elway's picks as basis for the most improved team this far. This is what he said on Friday night on the NFL Network:
"They already got Jerry Jeudy, and then they get KJ Hamler. They already have Noah Fant who has emerged as a legitimate threat. And then Courtland Sutton. He has just come off the charts as a legitimate No. 1 all of a sudden. And then they have Drew Lock. This is a team that has become very dangerous and you have figure it out. Pick your poison on who you're going to cover".
