It's like The Walking Dead brought to real life. Wait, does that even make sense?

Every year the 'living dead' start to wander through Old Town Fort Collins, and even if you're still a warm body, you can be a part of it, too. The Old Town Zombie Fest on October 24 is for all (living) ages, with the Kidz Krawl, Zombie Crawl and the Zombie Ball. This year's 'crawl' benefits Turning Point, an organization that treats youth battling drug and alcohol abuse, and mental illnesses.

Young zombies ages two-twelve can roam the streets during the Kidz Krawl, with prize stops at local businesses like Curiosities, Mugs, Old Firehouse Books and more.

All ages are invited to the main Zombie Crawl in Oak Street Plaza at 5 p.m., and 21+ can head over to the Zombie Ball at the Aggie Theatre, with music from Mama Lenny and the Remedy and more.
