Woman Fleeing Deputies Runs Truck Into Fort Collins Residence
A woman has been arrested after fleeing from deputies in her truck and driving it into a Fort Collins home on the 1100 block of Wabash Street.
The Larimer Sheriff's Office said it attempted to arrest a woman on multiple felony warrants at about 10 p.m. on Tuesday (August 27).
The driver, Brooke Oakley, then fled from police in a pickup truck and turned down the dead end road Richmond Drive. She then ran through a fence and collided withyhr home on the Wabash Street.
An adult female was injured when the truck collided with the home. The resident and Oakley were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
