Are Colorado parents really afraid of finding THC infused candy in their kid's Halloween treat bags this year?  Dude... seriously?

With so many ridiculous stories in the news recently about fears that many Colorado parents have about marijuana candy ending up in children's trick-or-treat bags, I thought I might point out a few things these uninformed parents should consider.

First off, THC infused edibles ARE SUPER FREAKING EXPENSIVE! Nobody is going to be handing it out for free. Secondly, marijuana users ARE NOT EVIL. They're really not out to corrupt or harm your kids, man. Calm down. The sky's not falling.

It is, as it is every Halloween, important to keep our kids safe. Of course. Just use the VERY SAME trick-or-treat bag candy inspection rules we've always used, and everything will be okay.

Discard all unwrapped/unpackaged candy and candy with packaging that seems unfamiliar to you; from brands that you don't recognize. And obvioulsy, throw out anything that looks like it's been tampered with in anyway.

Be safe. RELAX, and have a Happy Halloween.
