The COVID-19 pandemic abruptly ended what was a historic season for the Highland Huskies boys basketball team.

The school from Ault was 24-1 and playing in its second straight state Final Four when the season got canceled.

While the quest for a state title was halted last year, Highland is working another run in 2021. After falling to Eaton 79-65 in the season opener, the Huskies have won their past six games. Highland is currently ranked No. 12 in the latest Class 3A poll.
