This Meth House Listed for $500,000 Because Colorado
The $800,000 home was listed for $500,000 originally, and then dropped in price again, but is still, quite frankly, way too much for a 'meth house.'
You know the Colorado real estate market is out of control when you can't even get a methamphetamine-contaminated townhouse for a bargain. However, that hasn't really detoured buyers. 9NEWS reported that the home is under contract.
CBS 4 also shared the story of the home at 777 28th St. in Denver, where potential buyers had to wear hazmat suits in order to look at it. And, whoever bought it, CBS 4 reported, must completely mitigate the meth, which could cost anywhere between $10,000 to $200,000.
