Loudwire has been in business for just under a year now, and it has been amazing to watch "my little baby" grow into something big in Northern Colorado. We have gotten to do, see, and host some really cool things in the first year, but without a doubt the coolest thing we have done is hosting a VIP show with Shinedown. 100 lucky listeners got to come and watch a once in a lifetime VIP acoustic show with Shinedown on June 7th in Windsor, CO... 20 of those listeners struck gold when they got the chance to hang out after the show and meet the guys. Here are the photos from the meet and greet.

It's hard to think of another band that has had as much success as Shinedown, yet still stays true to their fans and understands who has helped them get to where they are. Thats why after selling almost 10 million records they still came and did a free accoustic set for us in Windsor, CO.

As we were promoting our VIP Shinedown show at Ricky B's in Windsor I continuosly talked about my excitement, but hoinestly I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't know how accessable the band would be or if they would be too excited to play a small venue. Turns out they were just like a bunch of old friends hanging out. I got to talk to the guys before the show, and we caught it on tape.

Last week, Carnival of Madness revealed the arsenal of rock bands that will head up their 2013 trek including Shinedown, Papa Roach, Skillet, In This Moment and We as Human. Shinedown headlined the inaugural Carnival of Madness trek back in 2010, but stepped aside as Theory of a Deadman and Evanescence did the honors the past two years. This year, Shinedown return to front the traveling festival they helped launch, and they've got a strong lineup hitting the road with them.
