Remember That Time Night Riots Played Hodi’s Half Note? Me Neither. WHAT?

SERIOUSLY?! First, you tell me that Cold War Kids played the Aggie Theatre, and now this? I didn't think that I lived under a rock, but I'm getting more and more convinced every day. Some of you are probably wondering how I even have this job. Good question...

Hodi's Half Note is our quaint little bar venue on College Avenue, and sure, it can host a killer local show, but the bigger out-of-towners aren't typical. Which is probably how we all missed Night Riots in 2014, when they played with Denver's The Epilogues and Fort Collins' own, Post Paradise.

This, of course, was before these guys started to hit it big with 'Contagious,' and they slipped right on by us, Fort Collins. Better luck next time...

I may not get another chance to see these guys live in town again, but I can watch this John-Cusack-goes-Andrew-McCarthy-in-Mannequin music video. And that, is what I will do.
