Northern Colorado Sailor Reunited With Family After Deployment

It was a good day when Electronics Technician (Navigation) 1st Class Colter Christensen of Berthoud, Colorado, returned home to his family last month.

After a seven-month deployment on the Virginia-class fast-attack submarine USS Texas, he surprised his daughter with a stuffed koala bear.

My husband was in the military for eight years and I can attest that these homecomings  keep you buzzing with love for months to come.
