Moose Prevents Colorado Library From Opening, No One Gives Him Muffin
'Cus we all know that's a slippery slope. While we were in the midst of the Bomb Cyclone on Wednesday along the Front Range, up at a higher elevation, they were dealing with something else: a moose.
Silverthorne Police shared on Facebook that the local library couldn't open for business because there was a moose outside the entrance, which we've learned recently, is very dangerous. However, there was room for humor in the comment section, as many (appropriately) referenced 'If You Give a Moose a Muffin,' which is also dangerous because then he'll want some jam, and a sweater and the list goes on.
Summit County Library is now holding a contest for what they should name the moose, and yeah, 'Muffin' is a contender. You can see a video from CBS4 Denver here.
