If You Throw Your Cigarette Butt Out the Car Window You Should Be Thrown in Jail

I have always been a no smoking advocate. I don't hate smokers, and I really don't care if you make the choice to smoke. I lost my grandfather too young, and one of the things he said while on his deathbed was that he felt bad for the people outside his room smoking because that's what killed him. Again though, you do your thing. One thing I can't put up with though, is people throwing cigarette butts out their car window. 

Although we are on the tail end of wildfire season, it can still happen, and too many times big fires have been a direct result of this lazy behavior! Lazy being the keyword!

If you choose to smoke in your car, you also must choose to sit with the ashes and butts in your car. Not only is it a disgrace to mother nature to throw your nasty ass liter out into the open, but you could be destroying thousands of acres of lands and even many peoples livelihoods.

I propose that if a cop catches someone throwing a butt out of their car that they are fined heavily and repeat offenders are thrown in jail. That might seem strict, but to me it needs to happen!
