It's true. Beer is good for you! Drink up!

You probably don't need a reason to have a beer (I know I don't). But it's good to know that there are some solid, scientifically proven excuses... I mean reasons... to enjoy a pint!

When consumed responsibly and in moderation (I have to say that), beer drinking can have lots of health benefits. It can lower your bad cholesterol and improve heart health. It's got a high silicon content (whatever that means) which strengthens your bones. Beer even has the potential to reduce your chances of developing diabetes! And there are so many more brew-perks too! 

Man. As soon as I get home, I'm gonna crack-open a cold one. Right away. Like I do most days.

Wow. I never knew I was such a health-nut.

Oh, and hey... Don't Drink and Drive. Duh.
