The historic Colorado Feed & Grain building will have a new addition, set to open Thanksgiving week.

Colorado Feed & Grain, which became Timnath's hub marketplace after a serious makeover last year, revealed on Instagram that it had something else in the works: a soda fountain sandwich shop.

Our building was first named the Moody-Warren Grain Elevator and was built to serve the Great Western Railway, Colorado farmers, and local agriculture. Farmers from around the area would bring their onions, potatoes, sugar beets, and other crops to the Colorado Feed & Grain for storage and transportation on the next train. - Colorado Feed & Grain

The new shop will serve the classics: malts and shakes (as well as sandwiches, pastries, cafe drink, etc.).

Currently, the old grain elevator is home to the Public Market and Coffee House, Timnath Beerworks and more. You can follow the project here.
