7 of the Most-Liked, Highest-Priced, Denver Broncos You’ll Find on ‘Cameo’
If you're familiar with the "personal celebrity video" service known as "Cameo," it really is something to check out. It's fun, especially when you can line up a video from a great Denver Bronco.
How it works is that you choose a celebrity, tell them what to say to your friend/family member, give the site the fee, and then share that video with the person it's made for. It's a win-win-win: You feel good, the person gets a great surprise, and the celebrity feels good about it, too. Plus, they do get that cash.
Your friend/family member open up their laptop or mobile device, click on the video you've sent, and go bananas. "Are you kidding me? How? What? This is awesome! He said my name? What's happening?" It really is a great experience, all around.
I purchased a Cameo for a friend of mine, a Star Trek fan, and she jumped out of her chair with tears when she saw the video that I'd gotten for her. It cheered her up a bunch, during a hard time. She couldn't have been more surprised or excited; it was well worth the $100.
RELATED: THE DENVER BRONCOS BEST SEASON
There are a LOT of celebrities on Cameo; some notable, some maybe not as notable. Chevy Chase is on there; he'll do a video for $350. There are also more than a few Denver Broncos on Cameo: Players, coaches, those associated with the Broncos. I took a look and tracked down what "Denver Broncos" were charging for a video.
FROM LOWEST MOST-EXPENSIVE TO THE MOST-EXPENSIVE
- DALTON RISNER
The Broncos guard, who's from Wiggins, costs $225.
- STEVE ATWATER
The Denver Broncos' legendary safety, a winner of two Super Bowls, among other accolades, costs $229.
- EDDIE MCCAFFERY
Ed McCaffrey, "Eddie" to all of us long-time fans, was one of the team's best receivers in the John Elway era. Eddie costs $250.
- CHAMP BAILEY
Champ played 10 of his 15 NFL seasons with the Denver Broncos, retiring in 2014. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. Getting a video from Champ is priced right, considering his stature: $300.
- WADE PHILLIPS
Wade has been a fan favorite, if not the most successful, of Head Coaches for the Broncos. He did do well with the Cowboys, before coming back to be Defensive Coordinator for Gary Kubiak for one season. Always a good guy, Wade Phillips costs $400.
- DEMARKUS WARE
A member of the Super Bowl 50 winning Denver team, Ware was one of the all-time pass rushers in NFL history. Even though he retired as a Dallas Cowboy, Denver hired him as pass-rush consultant. You can get a video from DeMarkus on Cameo for $500.
- TERRELL DAVIS
Also for $500 on Cameo, you can get a video greeting from the great "#30" Terrell Davis. The legendary running back not only began what was known as the "Mile HIgh Salute," he's the team's all-time rusher with 7,607 yards, and holds the NFL record for most post-season touchdowns in a single post-season (8.) "T.D" is well worth the $500 for the right Denver Broncos fan.
ANOTHER BRONCO WORTH MENTIONING:
- ROD SMITH
Another legend in the John Elway era, Rod Smith went form being undrafted, to being the first undrafted player to reach 10,000 receiving yards. His 14 years with the Broncos were nothing short of amazing. What's really worth mentioning, is that the cost on Cameo for a video from Rod is.... his jersey number: $80. How great is that?
