The City of Denver will begin enforcing an 11pm curfew for everyone 17 and under.

Starting April 3rd at midnight, the City of Denver and the SafeNite Program and Curfew Ordinance kicks into high gear. This curfew is active and enforced all year, but from April 3rd - September 27th, there are stiffer penalties for offenders.

There are, of course, exceptions to the rule. Minors can be out after 11pm if accompanied by a parent or guardian, for example. Minors can go to and from a workplace, and that kind of thing.

I wonder what the local curfew laws are around here. Do we have them? Anyone know?

It all sorta sounds like a lot of wasted effort. I mean, curfews just make night-life seem more exciting. Duh.
