We're pretty used to wearing masks when in public now, but in several Colorado counties, they're not required.

KDVR in Denver shared an interactive Google Map that shows which Colorado counties have active mask mandates, while there is currently no statewide mask mandate. KDVR says that more than half of Colorado's residents live in counties that require face coverings — some more strict than others. However, much of the state is still mask free, including Colorado Springs, Colorado's second-largest city by population.

Pueblo, Grand Junction and Greeley are also in counties without mask mandates. You can see recent comparison between Larimer County, which has required face coverings for months, and neighboring Weld County, and their number of COVID-19 cases.
