A New Tacos & Tequila Joint Has Opened in Fort Collins and Looks Terrific
It was an Italian restaurant, but now the owners are trying something new: Mexican. Tacos and Tequilas. They're open and are ready to bring Fort Collins another option for great Mexican and great drinks.
If you've been looking for a casual dining option on the east side of the Choice City, make plans to stop in for some fun at Jessup Farm. This is going to be a hot spot for the area, for sure.
It was in October of 2022, that the owner of Cacciatore at Heller's Kitchen was closing down the Fort Collins location, leaving just one in Windsor. The space in Fort Collins would be transformed into a fast-casual Mexican spot. That spot is now open.

Wedo's Tacos and Tequila opened in late November of 2022, serving up a a lot of tequilas and a lot of tacos. The tacos are sold individually for about $5 up to $9, and look delicious.
They also have great deals, like $5 house margaritas all day on Sundays and Mondays. Our boss has been into the new place; he says it looks great, and still has the great Italian spices smell from Cacciatore as well as the wonderful smell of those tacos.
Maybe you'll want to try out their Colorado green chili:
Not only does Wedo's have an extensive selection of tequilas, but they have great wine selection and beers, as well.
