Fort Collins Police announced they are investigating a vandalism spree from earlier this week.

The damage included everything from broken windshields to graffiti and BB gun bullet holes.

Fort Collins Police Chief Jeff Swoboda said in a video statement that, "The graffiti included racial and ethnic slurs, and in one instance, was actually painted on a house of worship."

According to the Coloradoan, police are asking Fort Collins residents to view any home surveillance video available and are saying a dark-colored SUV may be related to the incidents. So far, seven acts of vandalism have been reported.

Hate crimes certainly have no place in our community, so police are asking you to contact Detective Bryan Vogel at 970-416-2392 with any information you may have.
