U.S. Forest Service Hiring 900 Seasonal Workers in Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region
Starting today, the U.S. Forest Service is accepting applications for wildland firefighter positions in the Rocky Mountain region.
According to Denver7, the U.S. Forest Service Rocky Mountain Region is looking to fill 900 temporary positions for spring, summer, and fall months, which will cover 17 national forests and 7 national grasslands in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
Those wanting to apply will have from January 4-10 to submit applications. Other positions for recreation, fishery, forestry, engineering, and more will be accepted February 1-8.
