U.S. Intel Director Can’t Stop Laughing at Aspen Security Forum

U.S. Director of Intelligence Dan Coats spoke before a crowd in Aspen, about the threats our country is facing in terms of Russia, when NBC correspondent Andrea Mitchell spoke up:

We have some breaking news.  The White House has announced on Twitter that Vladimir Putin is coming to the White House in the fall.

All Coats could do was laugh, nonstop, but he did manage to say "Say that again?  Did I hear you right? Okaaaay. That's going to be special."
