It's no secret that restaurants have been struggling since the COVID-19 pandemic began.

In fact, 9News reports that over 400 Colorado restaurants permanently closed in the period between March and May alone due to economic difficulties brought on by the virus.

And while NoCo is known for its vibrant restaurant scene, even some of our own eateries have taken a hit.
