The Lyric Begins Showings of Outdoor Movies On Their Lawn
The Lyric is ramping up their outdoor theater space just in time for summer.
The new outdoor screen was unveiled last year at the end of August, and was kicked off with a showing of The Beatles' 1968 classic "Yellow Submarine". This year, we can expect a wide variety of outdoor movies, including "The Lego Movie", "Lord of the Rings", and more.
According to their website, the outdoor space is referred to as "'Grammie and Pakah's Great Outdoors' or just 'The Great Outdoors'" (Source). Movies start at dusk, and viewers are expected to bring an FM radio, a nice comfy blanket, and lots of friends. You can expect a wide variety of titles, but here's the lineup for the next few weeks:
Monty Python's Life of Brian --- April 18th
Bohemian Rhapsody: A Sing-along --- April 19th
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse --- April 20th
The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part --- April 26th
