The 2020-2021 school year was literally unlike any other for Northern Colorado educators.

The COVID pandemic forced educators to adapt on the fly with a constant evolution of students being taught both in-person and remotely.

Now we want to reward one Northern Colorado educator with a trip to go relax somewhere. Each of the monthly Townsquare Media Teacher Tuesday winners will face off for the NoCo Educator of the Year contest.

The teacher with the most votes at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 3 claims a roundtrip flight for two to anywhere in the continental U.S. via Landline/United Airlines — the service begins with a bus ride from the Northern Colorado Regional Airport in Loveland. With the COVID pandemic winding down, the winning teachers can either finally go visit family or finally escape away from them.

The winning teacher also claims $100 gift card to food delivery service Nosh NoCo and a free oil change from Ozzie's Bodyshop.

Sift through the nominees below and vote in the poll located underneath the photo gallery. You can vote once per hour per Townsquare Media radio station.

Each of these educators already won checks for their school — Townsquare Media wrote checks for $3,500 this school year to support our community education and front line workers.

Previous Townsquare Media Teacher of the Year winners were Becky Amschwand of Sarah Milner Elementary School in 2019-2020 and Lyn Karnes from Rice Elementary in 2018-19.
