So I've now played two Side Tracks in less than a month that have been featured in TV commercials.  Honestly, in both cases, the commercial left me hungry for the rest of the song.  Neither ad left me wanting the product being advertised, but hey - I have written commercials for a long time, so I'm a tough sell...

This is today's Side Track because I think it's a great combination of electro and rock, with some crazy good percussion throughout!  I generally feature songs that I think sound original, as there is a fair amount of rock music (usually the harder stuff) that is just recycled from as far back as 30 years ago...

Today kind of feels like a "Monday," and I'm not one of those people who usually complains about Monday being Monday.  I mean, crap, that's 1/7th of my life, so it'd better not suck! Anyway, something a little energizing without demanding a lot of attention, close listening, or brain power seemed appropriate to shift today into high gear...
