Three Days Grace

I grew up loving rock n' roll music, and wanting to be around it. So it is truly a dream come true when I get to sit down with some of the guys I have grown up listening to and idolizing. It makes it especially cool, when they are good guys! That was the case as I sat down with a couple of the guys from Three Days Grace this last year.

The Greeley Stampede has always been known as one of the premier rodeos and country music celebrations in our area. As a matter of fact their tag is "The World's Largest 4th of July Rodeo and Western Celebration." But for the last couple decades the Stampede has also incorporated some classic rock n' roll. This year, they are turning it up another notch!

In the 10 days or so since the announcement of Three Days Grace's split with frontman Adam Gontier, more and more details have surfaced about their parting of the ways. Gontier is the latest to unveil more about his exit from the band, stating that it was more of creative decision, but also reiterating that he does have health issues.

The recent exit of Three Days Grace singer Adam Gontier from the group shocked many in the music industry, but probably no one more than the rest of his bandmates. After offering a very brief statement on Gontier's exit and revealing that My Darkest Days frontman Matt Walst would be filling in on their upcoming tour with Shinedown, more and more details have begun to leak out.

As Three Days Grace fans continue to absorb the surprising news from earlier today (Jan. 9) that frontman Adam Gontier has left the band, the singer himself has released a heartfelt letter explaining his departure.

The rock world was definitely in shock earlier today (Jan. 9), learning that not only was Adam Gontier exiting his post as singer of Three Days Grace, but that the band had already selected My Darkest Days frontman Matt Walst to replace him on their upcoming tour.

Shocker alert! Frontman Adam Gontier has resigned from Three Days Grace just weeks prior to their upcoming co-headlining tour with Shinedown. The band has replaced Gontier with My Darkest Days singer Matt Walst for the trek.
