Smoking is very hard to quit. Thankfully, the Health District of Northern Larimer County offers classes that help people kick the habit. They provide education, nicotine replacements and more with the program.

What would YOUUU do? A group called Whatever, which does videos of pranks, social experiments and randomness, has recently done an experiment that would most likely take you out of your comfort zone if it was done to you. In its video, Jensen, a nine-year-old boy who is holding a cigarette, is going around to random people and asking for a light.

Fort Collins is no stranger to strict smoking regulation; but the latest proposal to expand the smoking ban to include electronic cigarettes has some people up in arms.

Should companies stop hiring individuals that smoke?  A hospital in Maryland is doing just that.

It's a nasty habit, no two ways about it. Those of us who do smoke usually have a place to go at work, but how safe is your smoking area?

E-cigarettes may not be the best way to help you kick that smoking habit after all.
