We've already heard Mike Patton's hookup with Deltron 3030 on 'City Rising From the Ashes.' Now it's time for Zack de la Rocha from Rage Against the Machine to get his time in spotlight with the alternative hip-hop supergroup.

Not too long ago ago, Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello said he wasn't sure if the band would ever perform again. And although a lot can happen between now and then, the L.A. Rising concert that they organized and performed at in 2012 will return next year.

If you follow the music industry, there is a long-standing dispute between record labels and the actual musicians. The musicians want more money, and the record companies want more music to sell. People argue about everything from creative freedom to royalties.

Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello is speaking out in support of dying war vet Tomas Young, who earlier this week penned an emotional and scathing letter condemning former President Bush and Vice-President Cheney and the role they played in starting and continuing the Iraq War.

With the recent release of ‘Rage Against the Machine - XX,’ the 20th anniversary edition of Rage Against the Machine's self-titled debut disc, fans had plenty of reason to celebrate in hopes that it marked only the beginning of fresh new things to come from the band. However, guitarist Tom Morello has squashed that dream for now, even going so far to say that the band may never play together again
