Is there a media blackout on the fracking flood disaster in Colorado?

A bottled water notification for 73 City of Loveland water customers in a small area west of West Ridge Drive and U.S. Highway 34 has been issued, alerting residents that they should not drink or use in any form water from their faucets due to damage to portions of transmission lines from the water treatment plant that serve their homes.

As drier weather begins to move into Colorado's flood-stricken areas, search and rescue crews can begin to make their way into some of the more devastated areas to help stranded residents. The Colorado Office of Emergency Management has released damage assessments from the areas involved.

The nasty truth is that Mother Nature hasn't been too cooperative in the search for missing and unaccounted residents in the flood stricken areas of Colorado. In fact, the number of missing residents rose Sunday as rain showers continued to plague the already over saturated rivers, fields and roadways.
