Colorado Sales Tax For Amazon Tossed From Federal Court
If you’re anything like me you probably spend too much time and too much money on Amazon. A law was passed in 2010 that would require online retailers like Amazon to start collecting sales tax from Colorado residents.
Well, that law was tossed out of court and for (at least the near future) we will not be paying sales tax for most online purchases.
