The Loveland Public Library (LPS) may be physically closed, but Northern Colorado bookworms can still participate in events virtually.

Tomorrow (March 26) at 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., viewers can join in on the library's first virtual book club, via video or audio, by signing up here.

They'll be discussing Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens (a personal favorite of mine).

If you haven't read that book yet, get ahead on next week's book club and start reading their upcoming selection: A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles.

They'll discuss the novel at the same times on Thursday, April 2.

For the kiddos, the library is holding virtual story times every week. Ms. Lolly, Ms. Kris, Ms. Claudeth, Ms. Beth, and Ms. Cindi will read stories focused on preschoolers, languages, science, bedtime, and more.

The readings will be broadcast live on the LPS Facebook page. Past story times can be found here.

Time to get reading. What else can you do in self-quarantine, anyway?
