Cheyenne Man Wanted on Felony Warrants

The Laramie County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating 31-year-old Richard D. Munoz, Jr.

Munoz is a 5-foot-11, Hispanic male weighing about 175 pounds, with active felony arrest warrants for probation revocation, unlawful entry and property destruction over $1,000.

Anyone with information on Munoz's whereabouts is asked to call the dispatch center at (307) 637-6524 or Crime Stoppers Silent Witness at (307) 638-TIPS.

Please do not attempt to apprehend him.
