MUSE:  Drones World Tour is a one-night-only showing of Muse concert footage at select movie theaters, and compiles what the band deems some of its most over-the-top great live moments in both stadiums and arenas from their 2016 tour in support of their album Drones.  We're told to expect “never-before-seen special effects, perfectly complimenting the awe inspiring level of creative stage production Muse fans have come to expect, ensuring the ultimate audio / visual sensory experience”.

Muse frontman Matt Bellamy says

The symbiosis between humanity and technology has always been something I am interested by.  Drones just seem to be a very interesting modern metaphor for what that represents…You want to leave people with the idea that they ask the question themselves about the role of technology in our lives and whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing.

The movie plays Thursday, July 12th at 7pm.  The two closest locations to see the film are:

  • Denver Pavillions STM 15 & RPX
  • Cheyenne's Capitol City 12 + ARQ

While there seems to be no location for this in Northern Colorado, you can find several more locations here.
