A few months ago, amid the chaos and uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, many things were postponed including high school football.

That has changed with the recent announcement from the Colorado High School Association that teams were allowed to resume practice on Thursday (Sept. 24) and start playing games as early as October 8.

Some schools/teams have opted to stick with playing next spring, but many teams will be back on the field in just a couple of weeks.

Three Fort Collins high schools are returning and have released their full schedules (view below):

  • Rocky Mountain Lobos
  • Fossil Ridge Sabercats
  • Poudre Impalas
