Russell Wilson Uniquely Pays Tribute To His New Team
It's been a couple of months now since it was announced that the Broncos were making a big splash in the NFL by making a trade for Russell Wilson. Since then, there has been so much excitement about the Broncos' new signal-caller, from the team headquarters to all over the state of Colorado and Broncos Country in general.
It's been a busy couple of months for the Wilsons, too. It's been an eight-week period that has seen Russell dive head first into the community by doing Russell Wilson things by visiting Children's Hospital, leading his teammates in offseason workouts and practices, and even checking out and being a part of some other professional Denver sports teams like when he went to a Nuggets game and started signing autographs and started chucking footballs into the crowd.
There was also the Rockies game where he was invited to throw out the first pitch. And all the while, in between doing all of those things, he and his pop star wife Ciara managed to find their new record-breaking home.
If that wasn't enough, the Wilsons have announced that they have added a member to the family and paid tribute through the name of that said new family member.
Ladies and gents, meet Bronco, the Wilson's new puppy.
We here at Townsquare Media would like to congratulate Russell, Ciara, and the rest of their family on the new addition.
We dig the name too. Go Broncos.
