Chris Watts sits in a Weld County jail accused of killing his wife Shanann, and daughters Bella and Celeste. The funeral for the mother and her children was this past weekend in North Carolina.

Fox News reports that Watts, who claims it was his wife who strangled the girls, is under "Close Watch Protocol" - another way of saying suicide watch. Under this protocol, Watts has restricted privileges including no access to weights, television or reading material, according to People Magazine. He spends 23 hours a day in his cell and is checked on every 5 to 10 minutes to make sure he has not harmed himself. Watts is allowed to leave his cell for one hour a day to shower and make phone calls.

While Watts claims it was his wife Shanann who strangled the children after he told her he wanted a separation due to his affair with a co-worker, he has been charged for killing Shanann, Bella, Celeste, and Nico, their unborn child.
