Polis Announces Free WiFi For Students in Low Income Households
Students that qualify for free or reduced school lunches are eligible for free internet by T-Mobile.
This comes from a partnership with T-Mobile which will benefit 34,000 students as remote learning continues.
The WiFi hot spots and 100 GB of data per year will be free for these families, as reported by Fox 31 News.
Senator Jeff Bridges, Commissioner of Education Katy Anthes and Attorney General Phil Weiser joined Governor Jared Polis at Fort Logan Northgate School for the announcement.
