The Playboy Mansion is officially for sale.

The 6 acre estate built in Holmby Hills in 1927 will be listed sometime within the next month. According to a TMZ real estate source, the current owner, Playboy Enterprises, is looking to sell it for $200 million.

The same sources say that, when it comes to the price, Playboy Enterprises is dreaming. The house's real value is allegedly $60 million, but because of the history behind the mansion, it could sell for anywhere between $80 million and $90 million.

Dropping unnecessary millions on this puppy is not the only catch - whoever buys the mansion will be required to give Hugh Hefner a life estate, meaning he gets to live in the mansion until he dies.

TMZ also learned Hef's room will be off limits to the new owner (which is NOT asking much of them because apparently the carpet is ruined by dog poo, according to Hef's former girlfriend Izabella St. James).
