The "Tiger King" Netflix series took America by storm in 2020.

Many of the tigers that once lived at the Oklahoma zoo now reside in Colorado. The Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg, Colorado stepped in to help, rescuing more than 40 of Joe Exotic's former animals.

The tigers began arriving to the sanctuary in 2017.

The Keenesburg sanctuary is a nonprofit and accepts donations from the public to help give the animals unfit for the wild a healthy living condition.
