WeldWerks is Bringing a New Restaurant to Greeley on Presidents’ Day
Fort Collins may be known as the mecca of breweries, but Northern Coloradans can get their craft-beer fix in Greeley too.
For over five years, WeldWerks Brewing Co has served unique brews — including a salted Oreo collaboration with Little Man Ice Cream — to beer enthusiasts across the Front Range.

Now, Indie Creative Co. reports that the brewery is adding another important element to its menu: food. The Annex, a "chef-driven eatery" inside of WeldWerks, is set to open on Presidents' Day (Feb. 21).
"Our menu features intentionally-crafted cuisine from all corners of the world, including items like Spanish Calamari with Romesco sauce, Pork Belly Steamed Buns, and a crave-satisfying Double Cheeseburger that takes you right back to your favorite neighborhood diner from childhood," Tim Meador, head chef of The Annex, told the publication.
However, not every item on the menu will become a mainstay. Meador hopes to switch up the cuisine frequently to match WeldWerks' rotating beers on tap.
"I hope that guests will feel our excitement and reverence for food — and that the first bite will hopefully elicit the same involuntary 'whoa' as when someone tries a beer that really resonates them," Jake Goodman, Head of Experience at WeldWerks, said to Indie Creative Co.
Goodman also hopes that non-beer-lovers will love The Annex itself as a restaurant — and perhaps develop a passion for beer as they visit.
The Annex will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
