Joseph de Bicske Dobronyl snagged the panties after Elizabeth left them behind on a private airplane while visiting Chile in 1968. He died in June and they will soon be available as part of an estate sale. They’re hoping to get $9,000, which is the price Queen Victoria’s panties fetched in 2008.
