Fort Collins Police Services are saying that at 10:46 p.m. on Monday, July 1, they received reports of a stabbing at Rogers Park in Fort Collins.

This is a popular park for birthday parties. This park is in quiet family-filled neighborhood, sitting on Mulberry just west of Taft Hill.

 

Upon arrival they determined three victims had been injured during the incident.

On a neighborhood watch site I follow, comments starting coming in about all the emergency vehicles and police tape at the park as the events were unfolding. Many comments voiced concern that there may have been young people at the park during the event.

Three people are being treated for injuries sustained during an overnight conflict.

At 10:46 p.m. on July 1, 2019, Fort Collins 911 received a report of a stabbing in Rogers Park. Officers responded and determined that three victims had been injured during the incident. Two were transported to area hospitals and one took private transportation to seek medical treatment.

Through the course of the investigation, detectives determined that the victims and suspects had been hanging out at the park together when a physical disturbance erupted. During the incident, the suspect/s assaulted the victims and fled the area.
