A local Fort Collins restaurant is bringing in a New Orleans twist, just for one day.

Chef Marcus Jacobs of the world-famous Marjie's Grill in New Orleans will be at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar for one day only in Fort Collins, and will then spend time in Boulder before returning home.

The dishes will be a combination of Creole flavors with Southeast Asian fusion, which you'll be able to order family style alongside signature cocktails from the NOLA eatery.
