Longmont Couple Arrested for Alleged Sex Abuse of 15 Year Old

Two Longmont residents were arrested for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl multiple times.

Chelsea Vigorita, 27, was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault on a child, enticement of a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to Longmont Times-Call.

Robert Rexroad, 23, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and the charges might added on his court date set on Jan. 20.

After evidence came to light of sexual activity between the three, the teen told investigators that she had engaged in a threesome with the adults on multiple occasions. She went on to say that the couple gave her alcohol and marijuana.

As the investigation proceeded, police found Facebook messages between the couple talking about "buying condoms" while discussing the teen staying at their home.

Times Call reports this from the affidavit:

A thorough review of the Facebook account data shows that both Chelsea and Robert were aware of (the victim’s) age (15 years old), their sexual relationship, and alcohol/marijuana use.

Both Vigorita and Rexroad are out of jail on bond. Formal filing of charges will happen on Wednesday.
