Listen to the Eerie Sound Coming From an Oregon Town

There's a town in Oregon that is experiencing some X-Files type weirdness. Residents explain the sound as eerie and flute-like.  Aliens, ghosts and leaking gas pipes have all been possible explanations, but no one can seem to figure out where it's coming from.  Not even "experts" can pinpoint the sound. The sound happens at all times of the day and lasts about 10 seconds on the low end and several minutes on the high.
