The Larimer County Department of Health added 3 new COVID-19 deaths and over 200 new COVID-19 cases to its COVID-19 data dashboard on Thursday (Jan. 21), which has provided the public with COVID-19 data in the county since the beginning of the pandemic.

The newly reported deaths include two 81-year-old women from Fort Collins and a 64-year-old man from Berthoud.

With the 3 additional deaths, Larimer County has now recorded 182 deaths since last March.

Out of 182 total deaths, 27 deaths have occurred since January 1, alone. 98 of the 182 deaths were among patients at long-term-care facilities with outbreaks of the novel coronavirus.

Larimer County has exceeded 17,000 COVID-19 cases with the addition of 211 newly reported cases on Thursday (Jan. 21).

Among the new cases, the youngest case is a 1-year-old Fort Collins boy and the oldest case is an 86-year-old Fort Collins woman.

As of Friday (Jan. 22), there have been 17,031 cases of COVID-19 in Larimer County since the beginning of the pandemic.

Larimer County's overall risk rating remains high with a positivity rating of 5.7% and an overall prevalence of 331 cases per 100,000 people over the past two weeks.
